This company was founded by our grandparents in 1921. We continue to make our products using the same techniques and true methods of those days. Our canned seafood is prepared by hand, using only fresh fish.
Our employees carry on this tradition, while working in a modern environnment which strictly adheres to present European manufacturing standards. There is no comparison between the quality we offer and that of canned foodstuffs manufactured by big industries which use frozen fish and mechanical processsing, which destroys the innate savour of the product.

Canneds sardines and tuna are real delicacy, if they are produced with the respect for the art of cooking traditional as we know how to make it in LA QUIBERONNAISE.
Like a good wine, ageing improve the flavour of a tinned product. It takes about a year for the sardines and tunas to be completely impregnated by the oil. Then they are ready to be enjoyed. This is what we offer our customers, and we call it "Millésime de l"Année".
